小弟家中既AKMS開始生銹，有咩方法可以補救，其他槍未有事，可以點保養？另外小弟既model gun可以點保養？唔該師兄指導下小弟，小弟感激不盡

"鏽係氧化層, 有好多純chemical reaction 既方法可以處理而不需破壞表面,
之前都講過幾種曾Sir式家居方法,
而今次主要係用.....洋蔥
洋蔥的酶份接觸空氣形成氨基酸(?)之類,
酸把鏽分解, 令鏽從表面脫落, 而不需磨損鏽層下的表面處理,
原理基本上就係o甘簡單..
實際應用就視乎情況執生吧, 我又唔係要賣野,
好難大大聲拍晒心口話有一條單一而萬能又包生仔的金科玉律.."

我的做法:
平日用英國佬隻防銹油噴完用手指塗匀

長期儲存:
揾一個乾燥的時間,用新機油加雪油油一浸,用一張噴左WD40的紙包好,再用搬屋保鮮紙包住

smoking can cause cancer, drink over mineral content water can cause cancer, eat old oils also can cause cancer as well

Go ahead bro used engine is good for u.

There are so many civilize way to protect your gun and this is the worst.
Used engine oil contain so much wasted chemicals and had a lot of metal from engine block those elements could damage your gun. There is a reason why car needs to keep changing its oil, on the other hand u put rubbish on your gun sounds smart.

There is a notice on the engine oil bottle says u shouldn't contact the engine oil directly with your skin despite it may sound over exaggerate but why should i do that.

師兄可否舉出人類純粹因接觸舊機油而直接導致癌症既實例?

I have use old engine oil or gearbox oil on my blue steel surface! Yes people looks into the substance and claim this and that……., but in reality there are nothing better than doing an actual task! They looks great! And I never have skin problem! (Just one thing people don't soak a gun into the bucket of old oil! We just use a little.)

Yes! Good for you and maybe others to use those so-called "plain mineral oils, such as Rem Oil" with gun related brands ! But for me I rather use old engine or gearbox oil instead…….

Copy from the wed for everyone reference:-

some people private gun oil formula

1 part Dexron ATF, GM Spec. D-20265 or later.
*

1 part Kerosene - deodorized, K1
*

1 part Aliphatic Mineral Spirits
*

CAS #64741-49-9, or substitute "Stoddard Solvent", CAS #8052-41-3, or equivalent.
*

1 part Acetone, CAS #67-64-1.
*

(Optional 1 lb. of Lanolin, Anhydrous, USP per gallon, or OK to substitute Lanolin, Modified, Topical Lubricant, from the drug store)

I won't waste my time doing this!
