most importantly, they seem to be more expensive than the real rail that once were available in QRF.....

The FCC ones solds in a set of receivers, u need to ask from email if they sell alone the rail only. The in QRF before should be a replica, coz haven't seen the real one for sale before.
For the slide should be Boom arms(櫻槍茶座) , if they don't have it.....sort it out from taiwan and japan is your only choice
