麥格普是一所專門設計、生產及銷售玩具及氣槍產品的香港註冊公司。麥格普及其業務相連之公司，包括 Magpul Industries Corporation, Falcon Industries Inc. 和麥格普 (亞洲) 有限公司
(下總稱 “麥格普”) 為確保消費者及經銷商的權益，現鄭重發表以下聲明：-

麥格普全權擁有以下玩具及氣槍產品的知識產權權利，包括版權及/或註冊外觀設計權利:-

如任何零售店貿易商或批發商買賣或銷售麥格普的侵權產品，麥格普會毫不猶豫地採取法律行動包括民事及刑事起訴來杜絕所有侵權行為。為付諸實行麥格普已入稟香港高等法院起訴以下貿易公司：

麥格普分別在第一宗、第二宗、第三宗和第七宗訴訟中已成功取得永久禁制令、披露命令、送達命令、損失命令和訟費命令，禁制有關被告有關之侵權活動。

另外，麥格普亦成功在第九宗訴訟中取得臨時禁制令，禁制被告有關之侵權活動。

為更進一步保障知識產權權利，麥格普將會繼續致力殲滅市場上不法的經營活動。如果任何商戶發現任何之侵權行為，請發電郵至：sam@magpul.com.hk通知麥格普。

多數唔會教你的，因可能會牽涉商業秘密
你可以去代理度查詢，或者去信譽好的商鋪購買，就唔怕買到假貨啦

乜原來積木grip都有,真係未見過
其實magpul pts d野都唔係貴,老返都唔係平得好多,但用料就差一大截,個樣又抄得唔靚,真係唔明

其實 copy 嘅包裝應該無正牌嘅咁靚咁精美，又或者 copy 嘅隨便揾個膠袋就算了

Although I don't support the so called copy product of Magpul, I do want to know how Magpul want to market the magpul product, especially the mags for airsoft users. For example, a "standard PMag goes for $14.95 USD but the airsoft version with a simpler 120 round goes for $25.95 USD, a difference of USD $11 or 58%!! Are they design differently? Not by much. Is one version is for life and death situation and should cost less and the toy version should charge more as there is many wannabes? May be. The airsoft version of Stock and grip priced as the same as the real steel, which is reasonable if they are make the same way and material as the real steel version. If Magpul wants to get the attention of the high-end air soft players, whey should start to make mags for the gas blow back rifles. That is what I am thinking.

佢地可能會幫你分，不過一定唔會教你分

i agree with wt u said totally.
this is so called price discrimination.
when i checked out the price of magpul products for real stuff in their us site, it certainly surprised me alot. as the price for real stuff is even lower than those for airsoft ones...wt a damn strategy.
wa/we users would suffer less if they are able to ship those products from us to hk.
really bad strat. pls reckon.
