師兄們有事想請教
我的KA M4換O左井勝既BOLT CARRIER ,用番KA 既飛機
單發無問題的,力水仲好好
但連發就會打O左一下或者三下就停,再扣機無反應,要撥番單發同拉BOLT 先可以再打

請問係咩問題,可以點解決呢?

師兄, 我井井都有呢個問題, 如果你同我係同一個問題的話, ,我既解決方法係用豬標 buffer HHR , $ 120 到, 因為應該係buffer recoil 既力唔夠, 我連同朋友 4 支井井都係咁而解決左.

換後即可連發. 不過我想問井井的blot 岩放 KA 身咩? 井井 blot唔會太長咩?

BUFFER HHR? 請問有冇相?
我用既係井井2010 的BOLT, 可以直上(拆走個尾蓋)就O岩位了

I think the remedy is to change the recoil spring to a stronger one.....or use a lighter bolt carrier.....or stop using full auto

樓上joeyjordisonhin 師兄講得啱,buffer 太輕會引致槍機回彈而冇auto,換條重啲buffer就會有番auto..........

yns: 你換左咩? 太硬既彈弓會如 F22 兄所講令支槍更多問題, 因為我都試過...唔work.
如果彈弓黎講我會用番 WE 原裝M4 個條, 本人用落井井覺得平衡度係最好.

我換左個重buffer同硬彈弓...試槍時仲好爽..
友台ching 話bolt低磨損..問題係咪出係到..換返鋼bolt就ok?

最好咪再用硬彈弓了, 亦好傷支槍,又晒氣.
你係咪blot底蝕左? 其實如果係蝕左, 我估計都唔關呢個問題事. 不過你可以磨番平佢,用水磨沙紙磨滑個blot carrier 同個hammer頂, 呢招係打game d 師兄教, 我試左個效果都幾好, 又順又慳氣. 你可以試下.

Thanks for your comments. This is surely a good solution.

Anybody got a good way to deal with the wearing out of the bolt locking area on the carrier?
I have been filing the part whenever it gets wearing out but this may not be a long term solution.

已經用原裝試...估計係BOLT低磨左條坑出黎..連發時BOLT低因為有條坑係到頂唔返個擊鎚個扣去前面
所以個扣仲扣住左

1.甩匣
2.撥連發
3.扣實板機
4.拉上膛捍
5.慢慢放回上膛捍,聽吓hammer有冇响條bolt回位之前彈起..........

其實撥去連發....扣實板機...再係隻匣位望入去..佢推出氣個舊野有無出黎得唔得...
岩岩睇左...單發個時佢推曬出黎..連發推得一半...咁可以點搞搞佢~
新手玩GBB唔係好知D名詞~唔該曬

I mean the position of the screw on picture 2.....
Did you put your own screw in or it is the one by Iron airsoft....?
Mine is a prime bolt carrier.....and they don't have screws.

嘩,乜你咁好眼睇得出係416條bolt?

粒螺絲冇錯係我自己上.......
咁你條prime bolt係鋁定鋼呢?可以燒焊救番喎........

I guess only bolt carriers made by iron airsoft have screws on them.....that includes 416 / Adams arms / POF bolt carriers.
I have both steel and aluminium bolts made by Prime. They all have the same problem after using for a while......
How do you drill such a small hole over that area??

我只有Prime steel bolt,因為係鋼所以可以燒焊救番,鋁bolt都可以燒,不過效果冇鋼咁好..........

我呢條bolt 燒焊後已經打過超過百幾匣,都只係個角圖咗啲啲...........

prime鋼bolt係唔平,但可以燒焊乜都抵返晒........

將bolt stop 做啲手腳,响底部內側磨個斜位令佢彈得更高,可令lock bolt更實在,可靠.........

其實我係比個老友燒.........

要响條鋼bolt上面鑽個細窿仔可以話高難度動作,都係燒焊好,而且燒過之後會比原裝更硬..........

bolt stop改法:

拆隻bolt stop出嚟大約係咁角度磨斜位..........圖為KA...........

另一角度可以睇清楚啲..........

It is indeed a good method - to let the bolt stop rise a bit higher.....but my main problem still lies on the wearing of the bolt.
I don't have welding equipment nor that I know anybody who has.....I guess drilling a hole and putting a screw in is a better alternative.

Prime steel bolt - $12xx-13xx
I would suggest using the stainless steel version....appears to be more durable. (I have both steel and stainless steel bolts)

I saw it from redwoxx.com. .but it sell for $15xx
And it has a non vn-style,what's different between those

VN style - for M16V, it doesn't have those serrations for the forward assist, not suppose to be used with your M4.
You should get the non-VN style.
For prime stuffs...try to contact a guy in the 2nd hand market - see PM

From my experience, the Stainless steel version appears to be more durable. Especially the bolt lock area where it wears off 'less rapidly'.
I am no metal physicist but stainless steel appears to be less scratch resistant compared with ordinary steel. (Anybody pls correct me if I'm wrong)
