近來儲咗好多Kar.98K 嘅parts，同剛啱番咗個木托，想整番支跟真數嘅model gun！最底限度個玩具receive可以落到個真托！請各C-Hing大大提點指教邊個玩具牌子fit到真數！ Thank you

記得係台灣網啲C-Hing都講過！而我上次支CMC M1 carbine都落到真木托！但唔知其它parts又如何？

ndl哥你好！其實我淨係要CMC個receive最多要埋個bolt，因為呢啲嘢係唔應該入嘅！

另外啲parts都係有marking同nos.嘅好

Can you show me some more photos (markings) of the stock?
Currently studing on 98k stock but yours doesn't seems like laminated nor walnut stock. but beechwood

I think this wood stock was long time not under correct storage and the rear part may even long time under the sun. However, the front part can still find some laminated. However, the whole wood stock need to rework and laminated once again. By the way, I have ordered another woodstock for K98K which is a walnut once. See photos

German Parts in different period should be able to assembly
However matching parts always worth more in terms of value and "self feeling"

The first stock is not laminated stock.
I guess I can find some information if you can show some more stampings

The second stock is a nice Kriegsmarine Kar98k walnut stock!!should be made by Steyr

Match it with Tanaka or CAW 98k which is Bnz coded

CMC 98k are real nice but it's byf coded, which means Mauser made.

BTW, I wounder if trigger guard/ floor plate and bolt is ok or not in HK

Thanks Natrium C-Hing's info. The first stock should be an earlier period produced wood stock - may be from 1934 - 37, from the wood stock mark no. and the wood itself, it seems to be a former Polish Wz29 rifle wood stock and later on converted by Steyr.

The 2nd stock is really a nice one - Kriegamarine Kar98K walnut stock by Steyr-Daimler-Puch in 1943. That's why I ordered this stock and put the first stock aside first.

I also got some information that CMC 98K is the best to fit in real wood stock. However, one point on CMC 98K's receiver code is not according the original, except the point byf coded, it also marked "1943", which original byf coded only "43" was stamped. The marking on CAW 98K is more closed to the original. However, it out of stock!

So I'm still looking in the market for a nice receiver to match with the Kar98K stock.

From what I heard CAW was using the mold of CMC, and CAW was closely related to Tanaka, thus modding them into real stock should be not a big problem

It would be strange with a Wz29 without finger Grooves

If you are able to find a Real Steel receiver, just keep it and do not mod it into a model gun receiver

CMC 個MARKING可以拎部磨機磨左佢
不過玩得發燒D, 係合法的大前提下
可以拎CMC個RECEIVER 去搵D公司
用鋁/鋼照做一

Completely agree with you Natrium C-Hing! From my understanding. CMC firstly made these mouldings, after CMC closed down, these mouldings are in the hand of CAW and continue the production, so the mouldings are the same.
Concerning the 1st woodstock, I also want to know more, I will put more photos with markings on this stock. Hope you can give me more valuable comments.
By the way, better play safe and legally, with all these front band, rings ...and wood stock, I'm more than happy already

因為成本都幾高，同幾浪費。所以仍在鬪爭中
