not really, your support arms extended and push a bit forward while your trigger hand maintain the stock position at your shoulder pocket. That's how i play with the slug and 458socom rounds.

so maintain contact between the stock and the shoulder with your shooting hand while pulling towards the muzzle side with your off hand

Yes, it won't eliminate all the recoil, but it will take a good amount off.

手槍...握槍手向前推，副手向後拉

增加你的體重 對付後坐力

Yes, the barrel expanded. Each firing pressure have greater different. More Variable = Non consistency.

When your cold AR barrel is 3/4 moa at 100 yards, you rapid fire for 200 around. Your AR barrel might shooting 2.0~3.0 moa at 100 yards before you cool it down again. That's only my estimate. i might be wrong.

base on the video, it can.

Keep in mind that a typical Combat ar15 required about 2-3moa accuracy at 100 yards when manufactured. an average male shoulder width is about 18". Effective range for a normal standard ar15 reaching human silhouette is about 400yards ~ 500yards.
