The cart. is 7.65 straight case instead of the bottleneck so they are not 7.62 x 25, it could be the 7.65 x 17(.32 ACP), however, the mag is a PPK mag, you can see the mag pad at the bottom with 7 holes on the sides...most likely it is a PPK. If the robber has a fully loaded piece, he should still has one round in the chamber...
