師兄, 請問個圓形盒有插線的, 有咩用架? 你右邊個sf10, 飲管入口駁住左什麼呢?

Let me ask this question. The big round thing is a PTT (Push To Talk) which connect to all headset, microphone and remote control finger PTT cable.

That's the built in microphone exclusive for the SAS CRW team.
